At this time the Dutch Zeeland Ship Company ran mailboats from Flushing (Vlissingen) to Folkestone. This appears to be one of their ships. Either the Mecklenburg or Prinses Juliana.

Strange that its berthed facing the shore. Most pix have the vessels seaward and this was certainly the custom since WW2.

For a photo dated 1920 this can be none other than the "Oranje Nassau" (1909-1952)
