To the best of my knowledge this is not in Rhyl, and in 1949 my family went shopping in Rhyl. Also in 1949 Rhyl was in the County of Flintshire and not Denbighshire, the County of Denbighshire started on the west side of the Ffoyrd Bridge at that time.

It is great because you can see the remains of the Officer training camp behind the house plus it shows that the house was intact after the war and had not suffered damage.
