| An Adams Class T3, or similar 4-4-0 locomotive, departing on an up train at the head of a four and half set - four bogie coaches and a short van, which next to the engine. This formation originated from over 30 years before the picture was taken under the LSWR. It is most likely a stopping train to Salisbury rather than a through train to London. |
