St Marylebone School. This was originally a workhouse school that was opened in 1860. This building was requisitioned during in 1916 to house No. 2 Australian Auxiliary Hospital along with the girls' school around the corner in Beaconsfield Road. After WW1 it became a RC school for girls. It was demolished in 1933. The South Road site is now Hambrough Primary School.

Became an Asian pub called Glassy Junction. This became increasingly run down until it finally closed down. It has reopened as an Asian vegetarian restaurant.
