Having lived in this area during the 1950s early 60s, I only ever knew this park as Garrison Lane Park, never heard it called Callowfields though.

That's interesting Reddi, the Ordnance Survey has it down as Callowfields on the old maps. Wonder when it changed name and why; they have it as Garrison Lane Park now.
