Royal Pump Rooms & Baths built on site of natural springs in 1814 and extended, due to popularity, by 1816. Major redevelopment carried out 1997 - 1999 and now houses Leamington Spa Art Gallery and Museum

Hitchman Fountain - erected 1869. A memorial to an early philanthropist, Dr John Hitchman (1805 - 1867) who encouraged the use of the spa waters for medicinal purposes.

Regent Hotel - opened as "William's Hotel" in 1819 but renamed after the visit of the then Prince Regent. Closed in 1998 but, after extensive refurbishment, reopened as a Travelodge in 2005. Originally, the main entrance was on the south face, the entrance on the Parade being a later addition

Statue of Queen Victoria - erected 1902. A plaque on the plinth records that on 14th November 1940 the blast from a German bomb moved the statue one inch on its plinth.
