Bromham Road railway bridge, to be modified/rebuilt in preparation for electrifying the line north of Bedford - sometime soon? The attached photo of The Flying Scotsman on its way to York was taken from this bridge on the 4th June 2016.

J.P. White & Sons were architectural carpenters & joiners. Some of their work can be seen in this picture. More information is held by Bedfordshire and Luton Archives & Record Service. All of this area is now a housing development.
