Papworth Road leading to the A1198 - and to the south, just over a mile away, is the famous Papworth Hospital where my wife worked for several years in the early 70s. I was stationed at RAF Wyton on 51 Sqn just to the north of Huntingdon. I spent 5 years there and I never realised there was an old RAF base just to the south of us. '
