Landis & Gyr Ltd. Swiss company, manufacturer of electricity meters. Demolished late '70s (NEC built a new factory here)
Their main office block would later occupy the vacant ground on the opposite corner, next to what would also become L&G buildings. A canteen was built over the road from the officies, next to North Acton station.
The last L&G business left the site in 1996 and the entire area is now redeveloped. '
