I agree with JohnB. This is situated at Johnstown outside Carmarthen. The signal box was known as Llanstephan Crossing Signal Box. The road across is now spelt Llansteffan Road. The crossing is now bypassed by an overbridge and the new A40 road cuts across just north of the crossing.

This is not Newcastle Emlyn. It's the former Cow & Gate, latterly Dairy Crest, creamery, adjacent to the South Wales main railway line in Johnstown, Carmarthen. All the views of this location I have found so far are:
