The Royal Victoria Pier for coastal steamers. Still in place on the 1966 map but gone by the 1968 map. Most coastal steamer services ended by the early 1960s if, indeed, they had returned after 1945.

Miss Minna Ford was given consent to build the chapel in 1877, it is built of Caldey Stone with arches of Bath Stone.

There was a prior harbour chapel from 1539 which was abandoned by the church for none payment of tithes and fell into disrepair, being used for manufacture and later storage. It was on a pier which was demolished in 1840 to make the harbour entrance wider.
