Agreed, from other photos in this set it is an Alexanders Leyland Tiger PS1 and appears to be showing service No. 25 which was the Glasgow service.

The railway quay is now totally changed from this picture. It is used today as the Calmac Ferry Terminal. In those days the Caledonian ferries used to sail from the North Pier near the Columba Hotel. The railway terminus today covers a much smaller area.
