Grounded wooden coach body - probably used as a mess or store

That is not just any coach body. It has strong American over tones that would suggest it is one the former Midland Railway Pullman cars. Indeed this would appear to be a Pullman brake van with sliding door to the left, clerestory roof and doomed roof ends which extended over open platforms across the vehicle at each end.
