Looks like a 4-4-0 loco with the 8 wheeled tender which was peculiar to the Southern Railways because of the absence of methods of collecting water on the move.

Northam Bridge. There have been three Northam Bridges; the original wooden bridge built in 1799; the iron bridge built in 1889; and the present concrete bridge opened in 1954.
