Gloucester Cathedral is St. Peter's, not Holy Trinity, so the title is wrong. There is a Holy Trinity Church in Longlevens, which is not far away, so that may be the source of the confusion. |

Dear Kay, Thank you for your comment - I've just done a bit of research into this. In 1541 St Peter's Abbey became Gloucester Cathedral dedicated to the Holy and Undivided Trinity. In the 19th century the phrase 'Holy and Indivisible Trinity' was used. It wasn't until c.1963 that St Peter reappeared in the name, when the dedication was changed to 'St Peter and the Holy and Indivisible Trinity'. I hope that clears up any confusion.
