Walker Bone Yard. Everyone in the area suffered the horrendous smells if the wind was blowing your way. Hebburn people often had the smell coming over on the wind

Tyne View Tce. This property once belonged to Tennants Chemical Works and their Managers/Chemists lived there. When this photo was taken it was rented to a few families. My McNeill relatives lived in the end nearest Prince Consort Rd. Pics on my www.oldtyneside.co.uk website
