This is the left of the two semi-detached blocks that formed the Rustington Hotel, now demolished. They were connected together with a 'modern' link block that included a sun lounge and new entrance foyer in the thirties. At this time you could see across to Beachy Head from the hotel and from the rear, as it was built on Hobby Bank, across the whole of the town, to the pier. '
