Rickmansworth Cricket Club. The grounds originally belonged to Salter's brewery. When this company was acquired by a larger concern in 1924, the continuing tenancy of the club was assured by local artist, Francis William Reckitt (a member of the Reckitt household goods family), who acquired the land and had built a handsome pavilion building, which still stands. '
